• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Zip Water SA who’s Linked in page name is “Zip Water SA” and Facebook handle is @Franke.SouthAfrica. The "Prize" refers to a HydroBoil Black 2,5 litre Product Code: 2610378 (Excluding Installation).

• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 13h00 on 10/07/2024. Only one winner will be selected by The Promoter and the winner will be notified on or after this date. If no suitable entries are submitted, the Promoter reserves the right not to award any prize.

• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

• Entries will only be accepted via email. Please submit a photo of the kitchen area in your office or business and include one sentence on why you would like to win a HydroBoil Black 2,5 litre unit for this area. Email HS-enquiry-fsa.za@franke.com with the Subject: ZIP GIVEAWAY.

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

• The name, company name, office address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​ Only South African Residents can take part in the giveaway. 

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
